Formal Gowns for Every Occasion

Our order and return policy is very simple.

We obviously hope you love your item, but if you find yourself wanting to return or exchange, the process is pretty straightforward.

1. You order and receive your gown.

2. You contact us within 5 business days of receiving it to let us know that you need to exchange or return. We will give you an RMA# for you to send it back. The RMA# is good for up to 5 additional days. Any returns postmarked after the second 5 day grace period may be refused by our shipper, so be sure to postmark within that window.

3. You ship the gown/item back to us and we issue you a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is applied to both refunds as well as exchanges. You can then purchase the gown in the new size/color/style if you are exchanging. 

That’s basically it. 

We will email you a tracking number once your package ships. You MAY be required to sign for your package if you have an apartment number as the delivery address to ensure the package isn’t stolen. 

We ship by USPS or UPS, whichever is faster and more logical to the specifics of the order.

We try to ship within a few days, but on occasion an item can be out of stock or in between cuts. If that happens, it could take up to several weeks to deliver your item to you. In that case, we’ll contact you to let you know there will be a short delay.

If we detect that a customer is ordering multiple dresses to ‘try and return’, we may reach out to the customer to assist in sizing. We also reserve the right to send the customer one or two items at a time. Though we know the option of ordering multiple dresses to try is tempting, please keep in mind that we are a small business and each and every return affects the pricing for everyone. Each order will be assessed with new shipping charges, as well, so it could become a bit expensive to go this route.
